Menswear opposites attract
The menswear shows are in full swing and we have seen some stellar trends that we can’t wait to see translated from the catwalk to the sidewalk. Jil Sander's presentation in Florence at the Pitti Uomo was a Technicolor dream of vivid color-blocking and bold patterns. In Milan the saturation continued, Missoni translated signature knits with a brilliant array of rich colors and a shocking palette. At Prada a1960s-inspired collection gave new life to a retro look.
In contrast to the bright colors, a wide array of neutral beige and taupe colors graced the runway everywhere from Calvin Klein to Costume National.
The two opposite trends are a match made in heaven. How fabulous will the neutrals and the vivid colors look together. All the great options to mix and match left us in a tizzy!
